Another collaboration of Luv Ranjan and Kartik Ayan along with Nushrat Bharucha is called Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and I am too glad to see it. Since the success of PKP and its sequel, it was quite obvious what theme would be picked by Luv Ranjan and what response he would get. I saw the review of Anupama Chopra and found it the worst review any critic can ever get. From her sentences and attitude it was pretty clear she was offended by the way girls are shown in the movie, which is actually true. She was also not comfortable with the way boys' relationship is portrayed in the movie. However, let's focus on ours

Synopsis:

Sonu ke titu ki sweety is a story about two friends, Sonu (Kartik Aryan) and Titu (Sunny Nijar) who are best friends from their childhood. Titu is always betrayed by his girlfriends to which Sonu always comes to his rescue. These events have led Sonu believe that girls just take advantage of girls and are not trustworthy in a relationship. He never had one due to this and just believes in the regular flings. One day Titu's family fix his marriage with a well-cultured and "perfect" girl Sweety and they both approve of it but Sonu diagrees. They all go to a trip to Rishikesh to get to know each other. On the same trip they both start to believe that Sweety is a good lady and is perfect for Titu but still Sonu's heart is not ready. Sonu thinks that their friendship will be divided because of his marriage. Sonu starts digging on Sweety and fortunately finds interesting past of her. Sweety is not perfect, not even good for anybody. She is just another girl that his friend had ever had. He tells this to Titu but Titu does not believe as he thinks these things have arose because of the insecurity Sonu is having. Sweety accepts but in private to Sonu. The story then progresses where Sonu try to prove his point while Sweety tries to prove that she is the best. The end is for you though.

My Opinion:

"Bros before hoes" is what this movie has shown which, in real life is true as every boy must know. This movie is a perfect entertainment and I don't think any critic should take it personally. The movie portrays the bond of friendship between any two boys and how friendship comes first for every boy. The movie is a very well directed movie and it would not be wrong to say that Luv Ranjan has created another master piece in this genre. I highly recommend this movie.
